How the Process Works:

1. Submit Your Request: Fill out the contact form below with as much detail as possible. 
2. Design Consultation: I will reply via email within 48 hours to discuss fabric options and thread colors. I will also ask that you provide your logo🪡. 
3. Handcrafted Creation: Once details are finalized and payment is received, your custom item goes into my studio 'needle'.

🪡Custom Order: Guidelines & Timeline

• Production Time: Because custom pieces are meticulously hand-sewn or created one at a time, please allow 2-3 weeks for creation before your item ships.
• Payment: Full payment is required before I begin cutting fabric or digitizing* custom iron-ons.
• Returns: Due to the personalized nature of commission work, all custom sales are final.

*Want your club emblem, team name, or tournament graphic featured on a premium, hand-sewn quilted tote bag? I can digitize your custom artwork onto an iron-on to be added to a tote or crewneck.

1. How to Submit Your Logo: Simply fill out the form below to initiate your order. Since the standard message form cannot hold file attachments, please note "Logo Design Request" in your message text. Once I have auto-replied to your submission via email, you can attach your high-resolution image file ( .png , .jpg , or .svg ) directly to the email thread!
2. Digitizing Fee: A one-time setup fee applies to convert your visual logo into an iron-on ready file. Once digitized, I will keep your file on record for easy reordering on future bags or crewnecks. (We can discuss all that when we chat. 🐤)

To keep your hand-sewn fabrics and embroidered threads looking pristine, I highly recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth or hand-washing in cold water. Lay flat to dry. DO NOT iron.

Every piece is individually handcrafted, quilted, or embroidered in my studio. Please note that minor variations in stitching are a hallmark of true handmade construction, making your item entirely unique. Dimensions are detailed in the production descriptions.

Ready-to-ship items (like my 1-of-1 quilted totes) pack up with love and ship from my studio within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take 5-7 business days to meticulously craft before shipping.
